Doug Coil vs GB4000 Rife Machine

For those using rife machines, I spoke with a man a few weeks ago who met with Doug, the original maker of the Doug Coil rife machine, who cured himself along with his family by treating their cases of Lyme with the Doug Coil machine, and these are those frequencies Doug said helped the most:

655Hz
420-440Hz
645-660Hz
2100-2140Hz

As well, in discussing the fact that I still have tremendous brain fog/headaches in spite of using the GB4000, the man posited that it was because the GB4000 was not getting to my brain area as electricity, like water, finds the fastest route down, and given that I hold the GB4000 contact rods in my hands and below my feet, the current will not get into my brain region. I thought it was an interesting theory. He also spoke to how he didn’t feel it would be safe to put the rods near my brain, while it would be safe to hold the Doug Coil over all areas of the body, and that the Doug Coil really nukes the bugs while the GB4000 can kill the bugs, but it’s not strong enough to get them all, unless maybe you add the MOPA to it.

Thoughts anyone?

I have the EMEM5 and it uses a bulb. It is extremely strong. The bacteria in my brain get zapped instantly. When I turn my machine on a good frequency my brain feels like it is being crushed when it is killing the bacteria. The brain has been where my problem area is along with my spine.

I think a rife machine that you don’t have to hold onto is probably better at zapping bacteria because the frequencies can get through the body better.

      Hey Veronica,

Thanks for sharing! Yea, I am wondering if that is why the brain fog is still holding strong.

I have heard some good things about that rife as well. Glad it is helping you. :)

Hi there, So sorry to hear of your wife’s struggle with Lyme! Someone posted recently on the site that they have a GB4000 + Amp for sale. Here is their contact info and what they wrote:

            Their Comment:
If you are still looking… My father-in-law bought one 3 days before entering the hospital. The NEW machine has not even been un-boxed. My M-I-L is trying to sell it as my F-I-L passed a few weeks later. I’ll try to check back here in a few days and we can connect.

            -Kris

            I purchased mine from http://www.quantumbalancing.com

Thanks- you posting this today aacutlly did help me I felt like I hit a bottom today just because of in-laws coming into town and I don’t think they quite grasp the magnitude of this. I can’t control how others perceive this and for right now I just didn’t have the strength to hide how dark I was feeling along with the pain and opted out of going to a dinner in turn my husband and daughter didn’t go too, which was not my intention. It is hard when you don’t look sick .I also feel weak and miss exercise even though I wasn’t in love with it I would give anything just to feel geniunely exhausted not sick exhausted. I keep thinking I can overcome this as if my mind will do what my body can’t. But sometimes I’m tired of of trying. But tomorrow is a new day and I can not be so harsh on myself or on others, particularly my husband- poor guy- he’s been a gem through this I am 3.5 weeks into my botox treatment and a 65 pill treatment of steriods which is more than I’ve ever been put on I’m feeling 10 % better I guess I’ll take it, but who knows what tomorrow can bring, the mornings have been better, I haven’t been waking with the headache, which is new. While I have your attention, I am working very hard to lose this weight not just for myself but because we want two children and I will not start a pregnancy 20 lbs overweight So I have been slowly weaning myself off drugs, which is scary as hell well anyway did you have pregnancies with NDPH- I have been hoping that it might provide a respite from this mess might bring me back to episodic. Or if it doesn’t, how did you survive, did you take medication- I took percocet occasionally for migraines in my first pregnancy but very occassionally. My OB says it would be fine even if it became a daily thing after the first trimester, but jeez I wouldn’t want that. I cannot imagine the pain level I would but in pregnant and caring for a toddler with this but my shrink tells me not to go there and to stop projecting .but please, tell me your story if you can- you can email me separately if you don’t want to share it here. I would appreciate it so much.

I, of course, had to tell them that I’d been sick last month with the ferlkishay odd summer pneumonia, but that my doctor initially misdiagnosed me as having a tick borne illness such as Lyme Disease or Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever. I realized about 15 seconds into my pneumonia speech that their eyes were glazing over and I’d forever typecast myself as the mom who gabs too much about personal weird trivial health facts that they could give a rat’s ass about. Great. Now my only hope is to lay low and stick to safe conversation starters like the weather. I think I need to brush up on my How to Win Friends and Influence People skills.

          • January 12, 2014 at 5:08 pm

Wendy/Nicola my absolute recommendation is DON’T GO CHEAP if you are serious about your health. Many of the cheap (and some of the expensive) machines don’t work. I had some people track me down having bought a $3,000.00 machine – the husband had had a stroke and the machine she had been recommended to buy by an alternative health practitioner could handle the frequencies most needed for his treatment.

They weren’t able to get a quick buyer for their machine which really was only good for treating sports injuries, but borrowed money to buy a GB4000 which I set up some special frequencies specific to his problem for and THE DAY AFTER HIS FIRST TREATMENT his doctor commented at the amazing progress he had suddenly made. I’ve had my machine for three years now and the success I’ve had in helping people has been far beyond any expectation i might have hoped for. Feel free to contact me via my website if you would like more information (That applies to everyone here)..

          • August 4, 2014 at 7:02 pm

Hi Amy,I have visited your blog beofre, but I don’t think I have ever left a comment. My headache turned 11 years old this year, and this past year has been the worst yet. NDPH struck when I was 23, one year out of university and a newlywed the start of my adult life. I have struggled over the years to keep working and have finally given up and went on disability a year ago. It is hard to comprehend that my career may be over already.Everyday is a struggle and I don’t know how much more I can take. The fatigue has gotten so severe that I can barely make it through the day without a nap (apparently the pain causes me to have lots of mini awakenings which prevents me from getting to the restorative phases of sleep). I have 3 children, a 5 year old and 2 year old twins, and I cannot take care of them myself for more than a day at a time. My house is a disaster. I am drowning in things that need to be done, but I will never have the energy to do them. My family is tired of helping me, they seem to think that if I rest one day that means I should be good the next, which is rarely the reality. The neurologists and chronic pain specialists have given up on me I don’t respond to any of the medications. I am hoping I can find a doctor that is knowledgable about occipital nerve stimulators to see if that could help me, but I live in Canada and I don’t think they are approved here so it could be difficult. There are times that I wish that this condition was fatal, at least there would be comfort in knowing that an end is coming. It is hard to feel sympathy for people with acute pain problems (such as a broken bone, minor surgery, sprains, episodic migraines) because I would give anything to know that this pain would end soon.I wish I had something positive to say, but right now I don’t. I am tired of everything important to me turning to shit just because of this damn headache. Thanks for the opportunity to vent, it is hard to talk about these things with people who think this is just a headache .Jennifer

Hi Veronica I am interested in a rife machine. I’m hearing about he coil machine and just read how you had good results with your.
Can you tell me how cheap is cheap?
I have lyme and am more than broke at this point after seeing LLMD. I don’t know how I will find the money but I’m desperate for something that I will not put me in more debt and will allow me to function normally in society (major brain fogs, disoriented, etc).
          Thank you for your help

ps: if you have a minute, can you explain to me you story? How long you’ve had lyme and how your symptoms have been.

Hi Everyone- I just wanted to jump in again and let you know that I met with my nrolueogist yesterday who said that no matter how much pain I was in the best thing for NPDH was exercise. When I was first diagnosed I did exercise and I remember that it was the only clarity I got for the day, perhaps because the blood was flowing, the key was finding what was right for my body. About 3 months ago I started having all sorts of tests and went into denial about my diagnosis and became very depressed and stopped all movement all together. Two days ago I started bringing in just 15 minutes of toning a day I’ll up in by 5 minutes a week and I’m reinstating my gym membership tomorrow. ALSO, I discussed with the doctor how the only thing that works on the pain is narcotics and how we know they don’t work on a long term basis because your body needs more and more. I explain that I want to be off of all meds in 6 months but I need to lose 15-20 lbs so I can have another baby. We decided to go with Tramadol. I took it yesterday and this morning. Yesterday was amazing. I was very nauseous and had to lay down, which is not unusual (I know the nausea was from the medication because it was severe) but I the pain was so dull. I could feel the swelling/tightness there but it was numbed I guessed Tramadol is a non-narcotic narcotic that tricks your brain into how it feels pain. I do get that this is addictive in the long run and that makes me nervous, but I can tell you I went out to lunch with my husband and daughter, ran errands, cooked and cleaned dinner, did laundry and most importantly laughed, sat in sunlight and enjoyed the company of others- WOW, I haven’t had a day like that in about 10 mos. So I’ll take it for now. Who knows, perhaps I’m only day 2 into it so I may not like it in a week or so but just wanted to share. Yesterday was not a high pain day for me to begin with, I know because I started the morning unmedicated so I’m not sure how it will work on more severe days (he told me there are other ways he can give me the meds- time released or other so we can play with it, and I have been on everything and I would put my daily pain on a level 7-8) but it’s a start and if it gets me moving and out even 3 days a week I’ll be a happy camper.

          • August 4, 2014 at 8:07 pm

Hi Amy, I have had NDPH for nearly 3 years now. I’ve been out of work since it sttread, and am on SSD now. I’m a single parent of 3 children. I’m so sick of medications; none have worked, and the few that help, it’s minimal and temporary; my body quickly builds up tolerance and rejects it. I don’t remember what it’s like to be pain/headache free. That’s my Neurologist’s goal, but they can’t do it. The one I see is the best one in my part of NY state for my condition. I’ve tried so many meds, I can’t remember them all. I’ve been through all the tests. I’ve tried chiro, occipital nerve block, massage, herbal remedies. I was told that NDPH is very medically resistant, and there’s no cure unless it spontaneously remits on its own. I’d suffered from migraines for years before getting stuck in this chronic 24/7 state. My baseline daily pain level is a 4-5, which I’ve learned to live with. I can function at that, but the days where it’s 7, 8 or if it reaches 9 and stays there for more than a day, I have someone take me to the ER for relief, which only happens about 2-3 times a year, thank God. Some non-medicinal things that have helped are: exercise. My Neuro strongly urges this, if possible, and I do my best to at least 2x a week. Also, as a woman who suffered bad periods all her life, and had menstrual migraines, getting the Mirena IUD was the best thing I ever did (again on the suggestion of my Neuro). It eliminated my periods, and my monthly menstrual migraines. I take full advantage of the good days, thank God for what I have. But being in chronic pain for so long (3 years this October), is so disheartening. Family and friends don’t really get’ it. I’m glad I found this blog I often feel alone and isolated with this.

Hi Debbie,I am so thankful for your wsitbee. I admire the amount of research you have done on your journey to wellness. My story is so similar to yours and my GM and I have talked about the different levels of bio-burden, including that of the lyme spirochetes and other bacteria, fungi, viruses, etc. that are impacted by humoral immunity in our bodies. I had a TAH-BSO for OVC in February 2006 and never thought about the surgery reactivating my spirochetes associated with Chronic Lyme Disease. I remember my Granny having had a tick bite and I would squeeze a white pasty-like substance from the tick bite on the back of her right shoulder when she couldn’t tolerate the itching any longer. I was around 8 or 9 years old at the time. That was more than 45 years ago. Granny lived until she was 94 years old and had a good happy life but had joint pains and an enlarged heart w/pacemaker. She outlived all 5 of her children my sweet Mom was one of her daughters. I am so hopeful with the information you have included on this wsitbee. Thank you so much.Love, Lou

Dear Andree’, Your inability to fuinoctn at normal energy levels is also my own experience. I’ve had NDPH for 37 years and I’ve been around the block with neurologists and drug regimens all with disappointing results.I take NO prescription drugs and keep active around the house to cope. I was a competitive bodybuilder years ago when the meds and pain were out of control. Since I had become suicidal from constant intense pain, my husband encouraged me to quit my job. I started working out at the gym 5-6 days a week. This actually helped me wing off all meds of any kind and did reduce the pain somewhat. I hated the drugs that mask the pain because I still felt the pain but had cotton mouth or other negative symptoms. Now, I only take a few aspirin in the afternoon if the headache is building rapidly. Then, I take Percogesic if the pain is intense in the evening. I’m off ALL caffine, and I’m not working at this time. I find that I can work a part time job if it’s not too demanding. That’s all I have energy for. Thankfully, I don’t have to work right now since my husband is currently employed and we are getting by ok. Get used to people around you not understanding the scope of your pain. I just try not to talk about it and keep my social life at a minimum. I’m blessed with a husband who does understand and that’s all I need for now. Housework and yard work is rewarding and productive so we are happy. Hope this helps. Terri L

A counter-argument to this thugoht-experiment was brought up by Elliott Sober. He offers an egoistic explanation for our motives: that we find the idea of the ignorant life repulsive, whereas we find the idea of the real life appealing. He believes there is a distinction between the idea of a pleasant state and the pleasant idea of a state. Even though it is the case that we would be happier in the ignorant life, at the time it would make us happier to choose the real life, which is why we choose that.[citation needed]It can also be argued that, even if feeling good in the short-term is not always the best option, the reason we would choose to do other things instead is because they could make our feelings better in a long-term perspective, or (if the machine were really equivalent to paradise, giving the best theoretically possible experience to everyone and forever) because of a habit of thinking this way, due to life experiences, social and evolutionary reasons.引自–維基百科

Danielle as an electronics technician working at the level of electronic warfare (admittedly a LONG time ago) I can tell you that light doesn’t BEGIN to penetrate as deeply as an electronic signal will. To get real benefit you need to be as close as 6 inches to the source because the power drops off SIGNIFICANTLY beyond that.

In all my research (and a scientist friend who is PAID to test these devices), the GB4000 is by far the best (you can pay up to 5 times as much for light based units that don’t work nearly as well).

The frequencies will certainly reach the head via the hand held cylinders and you CAN treat the head directly – you just need to start off at VERY low power and see what your body can handle.

Where can I purchase a EMEM5 machine for treatment of Lyme disease?

      • August 1, 2014 at 6:46 am

A psychiatrist is a piichsyan who specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of mental disorders. I have a bachelor’s degree in the social services field. For several years, I have worked with children who have been diagnosed with mental disorders. It is upsetting to see children victimize at an early age and even more disturbing to see them as predators as early as 5 years of age, however knowing that I am doing my part to assist them in becoming functioning youths and adults is rewarding. The empathy, confidentiality and maturity of a medical assistant are definitely needed in this area. I enjoy establishing a rapport with these clients and helping them to find adequate coping skills to deal with their disorders, therefore I would like to work for a psychiatrist.I would not like to work for an emergency piichsyan for several reasons. I will explain a few. Patients who come to the emergency center typically have serious injuries or trauma. I would not like to have my mind constantly focused on who is coming thru the door and how sever the prognosis is. Knowing myself, I know that would be my focus and I would not be very productive. Also, in the emergency room the staff has to be prepared for anything, I would prefer an area that focuses on a particular specialty. Most importantly, I do not wish to see excessive amounts of blood loss on a regular basis. Actually, not even a minimal amount of blood loss on a regular basis. Giving my opinion and thoughts about this specialty, I would not be an effective employee.

Would you please tell me which frequencies have the strongest effect on your brain and spine. Secondly, does your problem clear up after this happens. This information would be very helpful to me. Thanks!

      Best regards,

Nancy please know that there is ALWAYS hope. It you are aggressive and ready to do “whatever it takes” I would go on Google, there are some key people who have overcome SEVERE CHRONIC LYME. I’ve read many stories. You will have to put forth a Herculean effort. Most of the folks who overcame did so by “being their own doctor” and simultaneously doing MANY unconventional treatments. That’s what my research has shown (please do your own).

Celiac is more common than you think.I work at a hetalh food store the demand for gluten free products right now is at an all-time high.btw the common sense that dictates your sensitivities is the same common sense Lymies use to realize LYME can be chronic-because we REMAIN SICK-with SAME symptoms. Good news is alternative media allows us to communicate w/ one another help each other find great treatments. Just have to push through nay-sayers like yourself to find the truth

Bogus information? Hardly. I got news for you. What Bryan is tnkailg about absolutely works. You need to get educated before criticizing something that you no very little about. Antibiotics (which I’m sure you are a cheerleader for) are failing dismally for Lyme. You think that the pharaceutical companies and the physicians are NOT making MONEY off of sick people? Sorry but there are people who will benefit from this protocol and there is another side to the story. Thanks for sharing Bryan!

A counter-argument to this thuoght-experiment was brought up by Elliott Sober.

Anyone who has LD may find it very useful to build an actual “Doug Machine” of the type the engineer Doug “Maclean” (spell?) used to kill off his & his family’s Lyme disease bacteria. Information on how that can be done can be read about in the excellent book “Lyme Disease And Rife Machines” by a man who also had LD – Brian Rosner.

By using the very powerful true “Doug Machine” it may take still many months of repeated use before that disease is fully killed and the patient is cured.

But the Canadian health guru Ken Presner invented a very strong Rife machine he calls the “Ultimate Zapper”. There are over 400 testimonials FOR that Ultimate Zapper at Presner’s site on-line. Some of those 400+ quoted testimonials by users of the Ultimate Zapper are saying they’ve cured their Lyme by using his approx. $220 (?) small electronic zapper.

Mr. Presner was dissatisfied with how poorly the Hulda R. Clark, PhD “zapper” worked to kill pathogens – so he invented a greatly improved version. – Bubba

We are presently stnporuipg two families who are using the Model A for their children with Diabetes. It’s important to move slowly, as must anticipate that the responses of children could be more pronounced. So far, these two boys are doing well, gradually decreasing their meds. We ship directly to the UK, so that is not a problem.

I am overwhelmed by all the different rife machines out there. My daughter is very ill with Lyme and after 3 years of many different treatments all have failed. We want to try the rife machine, but financially we are drained. What is the best one for Lyme treatment and is there any where to purchase used machines. I have been suffering with lyme for quite some time. I was completely activel a year and a half ago and I feel like the life has been drained out of me. I am woring with a natural practitioner who has helped me treendously as she was a lyme sufferer for years. I am also seeing a traditional doctor who has me on meds and nothing is getting better. I have heard that rife machines are wonderful; and I cannot afford to pay a huge amount of money. I so want to get well. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated as to what rife to buy and from whom. Thank you. Cindy

I have not really chsoen what kind of specialists I would like to work under, but I do believe that it would be fun to work in a Psychiatrist’s office. I originally was going for my B.A. in Psychology, but switched. There are so many to choose from that sound absolutely interesting. Such as working under an Internist or going simple and working under a Family practitioner. Even Gerontologist sounds like fun. I love the “aging population” and they have stories and much to teach. For the moment I am going to take this degree one step at a time and try to find the place that fits me best.

Hi Kelly,Sorry I’ve been away from your blog for so long. I haven’t posted on my own in foerver also. Just did today, though. So glad you are enjoying yourself on Block Island. Everyone needs that kind of release and relaxation. I am envious. Sorry you had to get sick, though. I had a lyme scare earlier this summer. Found the tick, called my doctor, and we weren’t going to do anything about it at first because it was probably only 24 hours the tick was in my leg, but because of my history with Lymphoma….I only had to take one dose of the “D” stuff.Good luck with recovery. You seem to be in a good place for doing just that. be sure to do your tick checks after walks.

I think you get what you pay for and if you have the money the GB 4000 with the MOPA is the way to go. If we are being truthful we need to let the people know what they need to do to get better and when we take short cuts people die when we really should not worry about money when it come to someone health. You can hold fund raisers to get the money for people who are sick; This the USA and people will be glad to help sick people in this country and I think it’s time for people wake up are start realizing we need to do things the right way, and I’m talking about the doctors in this country. What they did to Dr. Rife is not right and I think this could be a lot further along if they really wanted to help the people. I’m sorry if I’ve went on but I’m tried of our love one’s dying for no reason but the all mighty dollar. Use a rife machine the uses the plasma light and get better I think this is the only way to fight the cancer and people who try to cut the spending to fight this problem.

Wow, I think you will be a great OB. It seems like you have a real love for children, faimiles, and people in general. Sad to say that those qualities are rare traits in todays world. I believe not just anyone should be in just any job because you could be in a job that you hate and end up making everyone who comes in contact with you at work miserable. You have the joy and care to be great at your job and effect those you will be working around not only by your knowledge , but by your love for what you do.

Hi everyone. I hope you’re eexeripncing a very low pain day. I had an appointment on Monday to be evaluated for an Occipital Nerve Stimulator. Looks like I’m going to do a trial, but probably not for a couple of months. They said that if you’re evaluated by a pain psychologist (who knew there was such a profession?) prior to having a trial, insurance is more likely to cover it. I guess they want to make sure there isn’t something else going on and that you don’t have unrealistic expectations of the surgery.Kristen happy to hear that Tramadol is helping you. I take it occasionally. It doesn’t help me as much as it helps you, but it does make a dent in the pain.Zyrtec (allergy medication) has been shown to be effective for chronic head pain. It knocked me out, so I couldn’t take it and work. When I’ve taken it in the past for allergies, I didn’t have that problem, so maybe I had that side effect due to its interaction with other medications I’m taking.I joined a club in November and started water aerobics again. I can’t say that it has made much of a positive impact on my head, but I sure feel a lot better from the neck down! I have noticed that when I have a bad headache and I swim anyway, it does usually help some. I find that swimming and yoga are the only two things I can do for exercise that don’t make me feel like my brain is banging against the inside of my skull. Hang in there everyone!Sending hugs to all! We sure deserve them!!!

Electricity never will get to those areas of your brain using direct contact. Direct contact is a terrible idea. You want a pure emem device with a carrier wave, because it kills not by electricity but by electromagnetic waves. The doug machine is not the best idea because while it is a emem device, it does not use a carrier wave. The carrier wave is what allows penetration through all parts of the body when enough power is applied. Doug machines only rely on massive power to get through the body, which is why they need to quadruple the voltage using an awful and antiquated capacitor switch system. It is much better than nothing, but the MOPA or other devices like the Audbrey Scoon replicas work better and are much more convenient.

    • Doug
      June 14, 2014 at 8:33 pm

The massive power is the thing that makes the Doug machine so good. It will penetrate thru the whole body with electromagnetic waves. It is not an emem machine. The capacitors are an up to date way of accomplishing resonance in this circuitry.

Call Resonant Light Technology and ask for Neil 1-877-338-4949. They sometimes have used devices for sale, it still is not really cheap but there good quality. Their rife machines have glass plasma tubes that use carrier waves and have a 30 foot radius that allows you to run it at night while you sleep.

I have reminded sveeral people that without having to survive through the hardships and bitter cold of winter, we would not appreciate our beautiful spring and summer. It is surprising how many people have never even thought of that. I guess they’re too busy complaining about winter!Actually many crops can be planted now as they can survive a light freeze. Even if you are too chicken to start planting yet, you can get out and start preparing the garden. Till in those leaves you raked up in the fall and your compost. And especially enjoy the lovely aroma of manure, the best fertilizer there is.Don’t sniff it all up, now, make sure to save some for me!

Ya kinda hypocritical huh To my dfesnee common sense should dictate if you are sensitized to mold you may be sensitized to food also and because a lot of my symptoms go into high gear (stomach bloat) after eating I think I made a big mistake ignoring this. Gluten intolerance is recognized by mainstream but only for those with celiac disease which is rare. I can’t afford the test to confirm, even if it came back negative doesn’t necessarily mean I am not sensitized one cheap way to find out

This is a difficult siaiotutn. My CDC doctor is also a personal friend of our family. As we learn more about how politics, the government and other organizations play into this, we find it difficult to blame him. (I will address politics, etc. in future post.) He works for the CDC, therefore, having to follow guidelines set before him. If he does not follow them, he risks the possibility of losing his license, as well as other issues.’ That is why it is so important for people to educate themselves when it comes to their own health or the health of loved ones. We are our strongest advocates- but only if we educate ourselves and proceed proactively! If we are not finding/receiving the care that we believe will help us, then we must look elsewhere. I hold no grudges. He was doing the job within his guidelines and organizational rules and regulations. I am thankful Vince and I had the knowledge to research further into this disease. I am thankful to be finding more and more answers as the days go on.
